Jailbreak or no jailbreak?

Right. So ever since I have been exposed to jailbreak. Learnt a bit here and there, I can proudly say, hey, I kinda like what I see after I jailbreak.

Free games, nice useful tweaks to make the iPod a better and more useful device. But hey. After having my iPhone 5 with me running so fast and everything just highlights even more and making me notice that; is my jailbreak making my iPod going slower?

Well, I don't know. Ever since I jailbroke, that's pretty much what I have experienced. Sadly, lagging and crashing becomes even more prominent especially with my iPhone 5 running as quickly as butter.

It is really tempting me to unjailbreak and move to the all new improved iOS 6. Since it is looking very cool on my iPhone. Looking all simple and nice, I just can't stand those notifications for me to update. Those stupid red numbers, increasing daily. All updating very much for the new iOS 6 which isn't much of a help to me since I'm still on iOS 5.1.1.

Jailbreaking is seriously a double headed dagger. I am still very much staying on it just because of the fact that I'm credit card-less, and that it is through jailbreak that I can get apps I want myself. Call me cheap stake if you want, but that's the only reason I can think of for me to stay on this very jailbreak.

Hence my move to clear almost everything else I don't need such as the other games, tweaks and such. All I can say is it's pathetic. But then again. I don't really care as long I get to play those I really like.

Jailbreak or not. I choose to stay to it now and hopefully a stable jailbreak for iOs 6 gonna come really soon and not choose to piss me off.

If the day comes where I should decide to give up my jailbreak. That would be the day where I would upgrade my iPod touch to the latest generation.

Trust me on this. The lack of jailbreak is the only reason I feel that now's not the time to buy anything from apple now other than the iPhone since that is the one and only device I will never jailbreak.

Yeps, have been wanting to do this blog post for the longest, longest, LONGEST time.
For many that actually know me, they would know that one I am actually an ass for my ipod touch.
It's just like I simply can't find any case that I like in some sense. At least not locally?
I have given up hope in finding one, though I do admit, I am still looking around when I see pasar malam or anywhere, as long as it makes me happy.

But, ever since then, nothing has come by anyway, so I have paid good amount of money just for something that I feel would make me and my ipod happy; a good protection, great design and of course, something that appeals to me.

I got the well popular; Rebel Touch.

Not forgetting that it is a hybrid case. It's protection is perfect, together with the lip-on design that lets me just throw it on the table, whichever angles I like. The protection is that good. Tight fitting and thick. (Y)

Oh yeah. Recently, also got inspired and decided to jailbreak my poddy. 

Wanted to show pictures, but learnt a cool way to record the screen directly from my ipod. 

So what's more cool than a cool display of video right? :D 

It's really quite cool right, with all the customization you can get, and all the nice apps you can play.

It is also because of tweaks that I am able to show you everything in video above :D

First E.book.

Yes, like the title indicated, my very first e-book. 

Got the habit of reading again ever since I got my ipod, it is indeed a right choice that I have chose it over ipod classic. Since I never got the chance to finish any books since I read at the rate of a tortoise and the due date will always come before I can even finish the story. Too lazy to buy any physical copy unless of any special reasons. Even so, if I were to buy all the books I want to read, I think I would be broke by the time. 

Therefore, it's kinda awesome that ipod has this app that allows me to read my ebooks on it. 

It's seriously so convenient!! No hassle, just anytime, anywhere you like. Can have as much books as you like, no weight~ (just make sure that you have enough battery)

Though, I still prefer the feeling of reading a real book. JUST. DON'T WANT TO SPEND MONEY. T.T

AND. Very finally, I have got to finish a book that I have been dying to read ever since the movie came out that time. Have been stopping myself to watch the movie, afraid that it might be some kind of spoiler when I get to read the book. 

I wouldn't say the book is awesome or over the moon, but like every book, there's definitely one part that is a bit dry but if not there won't be any climax and such I guess. Overall loved the feelings author tried to bring out.  All very deep and emotional. 

Wondered if I would be that lucky to find that soulmate like Holly, and even if I did, would I have the privilege to be the selfish one and die first. :/ Thinking too much I guess. 

I don't even have a date :x #FOREVERALONE. 

PS: Let's see if I can sustain to carry on this reading habit and be good enough for myself to get a kindle touch :x TEEHEE. Thinking of the impossible again HAHA.

Moving on to my next book :D

An update about life.

Been so damn long since I have written a blog post.

Been busy, lazy, tired and all those things that had prevented me from blogging a decent post. Well, maybe one I think is worth posting.

Who ask life to be just a recorder huh?

Life had been pretty good for me and many things had been going around me, but I just never had the time to really blog everything down, not going to put everything down, just a few main points.

1. I am no longer a freshie.

Yeps, I have been promoted to a year2, and I must say, although a lot of things have been a lot slacker like the way we present and things. Things weren't considered very bright as considered to last sems class. People are friendly. But just don't feel bonded to them. Maybe it's just not time yet?

But one things from sure. It has been 5weeks or so, prepare for more change to come and best of all, UT running at full speed ahead at me. Good luck man. I can do it. Yes I can! *looks away guiltily*

1. I lost/got pick pocketed off my poddy.

Yes, I hundred percent did and it hurt alot. Having to lose something so precious, something I use everyday without fail, no matter where I am I, when I am bored, down or even happy. Awake or sometimes asleep. *Yes, I do sleep with my ipod and headsets.*

Having to lose it, just sucks big time.

*And I have learnt that handphones are not good replacements for it. Just can't stand my music stopping every single time I get a message or call. Just a disruption, especially when you're having your emo moments.*

It has been like two weeks or so, since I have last seen it. Don't know where is it, don't know who is it with, don't know how is it doing. *Okay, heartache feeling kicking in again :(*

But whatever is it, whoever is it with, I wish my poddy all the best, and may the person who might be enjoying it to use my poddy with care like I did to it and treat it well.

3. Got a replacement!

Well, yes, so much for sad moments! Mom had taken pity on me! :D

Really got to get another replacement. But not ipod lah. Which is kinda sad because I didn't like the 6th generation nano and the touch is simply too high to ask for since it was still my fault that Mom had to get me a replacement.

Looking on the bright side, it seems to be so much better than the nano now that I am using it already. Although not as cool as the nano with touch-sensitive click wheel and that damn ass camera at the back.

*Plus the fact that I am already damn spoilt for using the ipod too long that I have lost the sense to use those regular ones.* It has every childish thing I can ever want for! HAHA!

1. Good sound quality! :D - Big YES! For such an audiophile I can be at times.

2. Have this noise-cancelling thing on the machine itself, but only usable with earpiece given. Nonsense but !!!!!ly good thing to have! :D

3. Can change background! Now I will never be bored of the interface! :D

4. LARGER MEMORY! (16GB) MORE SONGS, MORE DRAMA! :D

So looking on the bright side, though I lost a nano, I gained back much more! :)

At least its something so much better than my handphone, something that I now hate to use as a audio device :)
